This MR expands our metric tracking of when the training URL is clicked to include the vulnerability name.

How to set up and validate locally

1. Ensure you have security training enabled (docs)
2. Go to a vulnerability detail (docs)
3. Note: currently the training urls only support CWE vulnerabilities
4. When you click on the "View Training", the vulnerability identifier will be passed to our metric tracker.
