Change ci_sources_pipelines category and add description

What does this MR do and why?

I guess ci_sources_pipelines needs to be changed from Verify:Pipeline Execution to Verify:Pipeline Authoring because PA has "triggering, cross-project pipelines, and child/parent pipelines".
