Replaces the generic checkboxes with GitLab UI styled checkboxes in ee/app/views/groups/saml_providers/_form.html.haml

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Setup SAML using the GDK SAML guide
  2. Create a group
  3. Navigate to {group} > Settings > SAML SSO > Configuration
