Draft: Pass QA end-to-end

This is a test to see if the QA end-to-end tests pass. This MR is the the same as !85506 (merged) except one more commit is added to:

  • Turn on the visibility of the masked access token input field

  • Add qa-created-access-token class and data-qa-selector="created_access_token_field" attribute to the access token input element
