Troubleshoot silent mirroring failures
What does this MR do?
Helps deflect rare, internal support cases about mirroring: ZD 285562, 274344 & 193049. No errors were logged.
Another, possibly helpful symptom: fast-stats errors
sidekiq/current | grep UpdateAllMirrorsWorker
reports start
and quickly-following done
events. They seem too quick for network + Git operations
