GraphQL: Add platform/architecture runner fields

This MR exposes the platform and architecture fields on the RunnerType GraphQL type at the EE level.

How to set up and validate locally

Numbered steps to set up and validate the change are strongly suggested.

  1. Ensure you have at least one runner registered on your GDK instance

  2. Visit http://gdk.test:3000/-/graphql-explorer

  3. Enter the following GraphQL query:

    {
  runners {
    count
    nodes {
      id
      description
      version
      architectureName
      platformName
    }
  }
}

  4. The output should contain the new architectureName and platformName fields.
