Improve Security::Validators::SchemaValidator specs

Small insurance to make sure Raise error when an unversioned schema is used (#362252 - closed) works as expected without increasing the code complexity before we remove the feature flag

During this I also realized the "no version supplied" error message would be added twice so I fixed it
