Add support for selecting DAST profiles from sidebar

What does this MR do?

This MR allows users to select DAST profiles with the new workflow. The changes are still behind the feature flag dast_ui_redesign.

  • The code is mostly emitting profile-select event up to the parent component whenever a profile is selected in the sidebar
  • Imp: The MR targets !87439 (merged) which is set to be MWPS
