What does this MR do and why?
Related to #353980 (closed)
- stage icon button now has an active state when the dropdown is open
- linked pipelines focus states corrected
- Dropdown header now has a stage name
- Fixed alignment in firefox

How to set up and validate locally
- Navigate to Pipelines (CI/CD > Pipelines)
- View a mini pipeline graph which has upstream and/or downstream pipelines
- Interact with the pipeline mini graph to view focus and active states, as well as dropdown headers
- Open the page in firefox to view alignment styles
