Remove the section about requiring explicit AuthenticationType

What does this MR do and why?

In the issue gitlab-runner#28171 (comment 948438067), it was decided not to require setting runners.cache.s3.AuthenticationType explicitly, but the deprecation notice still exists in the deprecation docs.

This MR removes this note from the docs.
