What does this MR do and why?

It removes an obsolete Vuex module and it's specs.

The fact that it's no longer been used has been discovered here: !88584 (comment 960475786)

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Go to your instance's security settings /-/security/dashboard/settings
  2. Search for a project
  3. Add the project
  4. Remove a project
