Bump the chart version to include temp bitnami fix

Bumps the chart SHA used by review-deploy to be after gitlab-org/charts/gitlab!2599 (merged) was merged.

There are 35-60 failed deploys every 12 hours for the last 36 hours. This may reduce the frequency.
