Remove stray gl-mt-2 from Label input on new epic page

What does this MR do and why?

There is a small amount of extra margin above the label select input when creating new epics.

Steps to test

  1. Go to a Group page
  2. Click on Epics menu item on the left panel
  3. Click on New Epic button
  4. On the new epic form, make sure there's no extra margin between the Labels title and its dropdown
