Migrate angle icon to chevron in ee/iteration_breadcrumb.vue

What does this MR do and why?
Instead of migrating this angle icon to the new chevron one, let's remove the custom override of the breadcrumb separator. The new chevron icon will then be used from the GitLab UI component instead.
