It makes sure the refactor_code_quality_extension is handled correctly.

  1. Clone this project in your GDK https://gitlab.com/jannik_lehmann/code-quality-test
  2. Recreate this MR or open up a MR with code Quality Issues yourself
  3. see widget in action once pipeline is completed
  4. play around with the state of refactor_code_quality_extension & refactor_mr_widgets_extensions see #365060 (closed) for a logic table
