Update language on IaC for AWS hybrid

What does this MR do and why?

Describe in detail what your merge request does and why.

This MR is to slightly adjust the language related to IaC options for hybrid AWS deployments. While we have made the decision that AWS Quick Starts should exist with GET for IaC options, we need to be more clear that we are investing most of our resources on GET and GET is the recommended path. We want our customers to be on a path we have decided to invest resources in and have the most control over in terms of development.

AWS Quick Starts should still be included, but those specific reasons should be more clearly called out.
