integration/harbor add more ci variables

What does this MR do and why?

Except I've missed something, we actually can't use harbor oic registry.

I've create 2 new ci variables.

• HARBOR_HOST: harbor url without protocol
• HARBOR_OCI: harbor oci location for helm registry

I've also add 2 examples for basic ci usage
