Geo: Remove frequent, low-value logs

Removes some low-value Workhorse logs which are output frequently for Geo.

From !86468 (comment 1002830171):

the log level is hard-coded to INFO. If that is correct the DEBUG level messages never get printed and we might as well drop the log statements.
