This MR reintroduces !88576 (merged) and adds a commit to solve the broken FOSS pipeline it caused (report).

It is a prototype to solve #362522 (closed) & #362526 (closed)

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Clone this project in your GDK https://gitlab.com/jannik_lehmann/code-quality-test
  2. Recreate this MR or open up a MR with code Quality Issues yourself
  3. go visit the changes tab on the MR to see the changes in action
