Update HB page to specify different 2FA provider applications

What does this MR do and why?

The list of 2FA applications is too long, and doesn't mention 1Password or Okta Verify, both of which are in use already at GitLab. I realize that this is an external facing page, so also included two additional options (Authy and Google Authenticator) that could be used by non-GitLab team members. Some of the 2FA apps listed are quite esoteric with small audiences.

Having a large list of possible 2FA providers has increased the load on internal IT as people do not remember which app they used. I have also submitted an MR to have the onboarding issue updated to recommend 1Password.
