Show warning when sharing public project with internal group

What does this MR do and why?

Related to #368051 (closed)

In !91909 (merged) we added a warning popover to public and internal projects shared with private groups. It was discussed that this warning should also be shown for public projects shared with an internal group.

How to set up and validate locally

1. Create an internal group
2. Create a public project
3. Navigate to the public project -> Project information -> Members
4. Click Invite a group in the upper right corner
5. Find the internal group you made in step 1 and select it
6. Navigate to the internal group and click the Shared projects tab
