Rearrange E2Es to correct stage folders

First task of https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/quality/team-tasks/-/issues/1284 - Ensure tests are in correct folders:

• 14_product_intelligence changed to 14_analytics to reflect the stage rather than the group name, see https://about.gitlab.com/handbook/product/categories/#analytics-stage. Please note that group names will be added as a metadata tag in the next task.

• Design Management product moved from Create:Wiki to Plan:Product Planning, see https://about.gitlab.com/handbook/product/categories/features/#planproduct-planning-group.

• Protected Tags product moved from Manage:Authentication and Authorization to Create:Source Code, see https://about.gitlab.com/handbook/product/categories/features/#createsource-code-group.

• Group File Templates & Project Templates products moved from Manage:Import to Create:Source Code, see https://about.gitlab.com/handbook/product/categories/features/#createsource-code-group.

Also necessary refactoring in the moved tests to comply with current RuboCop rules.
