Move Jenkins page object link to CE page

What does this MR do and why?

This MR removes the EE page object module for Project::Settings::Integrations and moves the Jenkins page object element to the default CE page.

This is done because the EE page object module is a duplicate, and the Jenkins build status job is failing in ce jobs, even though it is available on all tiers.
