chore: Update SAST docs with more clarity on abspath for MAVEN_REPO_PATH

What does this MR do and why?

Small docs update to reduce likely of misconfiguration

Previous example was too ambiguous using a relative path, by sticking with an absolute one we can better guarantee expected behavior.
