Update dialogue according to the new endpoint
What does this MR do and why?
This is a follow-up MR for another MR
For the 368380 the endpoints were updated, but I missed that in the delete dialogue approvers should be also updated to eligibleApprovers

How to set up and validate locally

Make sure you have ee features enabled

Select any project

Go to Settings => General

Expand the MERGE REQUESTS APPROVALS section

First create and then try to delete approvale rule

Check that displaying, creating, editing and deleting rules works same as usual
