What does this MR do?
Fixes visible backticks on code block of step 6 of administration/geo/disaster_recovery/index.md Markdown formatting was causing visible backticks ``` before and after the command-line instruction. If copy/pasted, these back ticks will produce errors and unexpected output when the command is issued.
