Enhance review app modal instructions

This MR changes the instructions in the Enable review app modal to make it clearer that configuring an environment is required to spin up review apps. This MR also adds some examples of configurations that would support review apps and lists example projects for each configuration.

How to set up and validate locally
git checkout 352782-review-app-modal-clarifications- navigate to a project
- in the sidebar, go to
Deployments=>Environments(or skip to this step in the review app, if it's running) - in the top right corner, click the
Enable review appbutton to open the modal
