This MR iterates on the work done in !95372 (merged)

Based on the conversation in !95372 (comment 1066200510) this MR updates Import/Export for Iteration Cadences:

  • Adds Import/Export for iteration sequence field
  • Removes iteration cadence last_run_date, duration_in_weeks, iterations_in_advance fields
  • Sets all imported iteration cadences to automatic: false
