Add basic auth option to DAST Site Profile for API Security

What does this MR do and why?

This should allow user to configure basic auth with DAST API scan.

How to set up and validate locally

1. Visit Project > Security Configuration > New Site Profile
2. Select API option
3. Enable Auth with test credentials
