Tag QA image also with ref format used in auto-deploy tags

What does this MR do and why?

In addition to tagging the QA image with ref name and ref sha, tag it using the shortened (12 character) form of ref sha that is used by auto-deploy process. This will make it easier to find out the QA image to use when an auto-deploy version is used.
