Add possibility to link to blame page 2 and further

How to set up and validate locally
- find or create file with 1000+ lines
- select line 1001 or higher (click on it so that it gets highlighted with yellow)
- scroll to the top and click on the blame button
- make sure that you ended up on correct blame page and the line you selected is highlighted there as well
