Allows epics having child issues from different group hierarchies.

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Turn epic_issues_from_different_hierarchies feature flag on
  2. Create a group with an epic
  3. Create a project with an issue. The project should not belong to the group created in the second step.
  4. Go to the epic page and add the created issue using its URL.
