Deprecate `http_status` in ServiceResponse object
What does this MR do and why?
Related to #356036 (closed)
After Add `reason` attribute to ServiceResponse (!97541 - merged) we are now adding a Rubocop http_status parameter in ServiceResponse and fires and offence in favour of using the new reason attribute.
