Renames ClusterUpdateAppWorker to ClusterPrometheusUpdateWorker

What does this MR do?

Renames ClusterUpdateAppWorker to ClusterPrometheusUpdateWorker.

https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/25558 will create a ClusterUpdateAppWorker and the name seems more suitable for this CE worker. Therefore, we're renaming the EE one.
