What does this MR do and why?

Migrates as part of the pajamas card epic &8337 the list of user sessions on the profile -> active sessions page

How to set up and validate locally

• As a logged in user navigate to the user settings page by going to https://gitlab.com/-/profile/preferences

• Then on the nav click active sessions

• Verify renders correctly. (See before and after screenshots for reference)
