Added jaeger client

What changed?

1. Updated the app to something more functional and hopefully useful.
2. The app now uses GitLab public API to fetch repos and issues.
3. Integrated jaeger-node-client to send traces to Jaeger hosted on kubernetes.
4. Jaeger on kubernetes is hosted on http://35.202.242.179/search
5. Added environment variables to store GitLab API token and Jaeger collection endpoints.
6. Skipped tests as it is not very important
