  • Make the planning template easier to create and update; i.e. remove HTML, add checkboxes so team members don't have to edit the issue description - [ ] Define the definition of done. Will discuss in a team meeting.
  • Make it easier to update the weekly update issue
  • Make it easier for team members to know what to work on next
