Whitelist service_allowed_untrusted_internal_connections setting from deprecations

Balasankar 'Balu' C requested to merge whitelist-mattermost-untrusted-connections into master

It was recently confirmed that this setting is mandatory. So we need to whitelist it, or users' upgrade will fail.
