Update SSL Documentation

Robert Marshall requested to merge rmarshall/omnibus-gitlab:3835-update-ssl-documentation into master
  • Explictly state how SSL certificates are used in the SSL documentation.
  • Cross link properly between SSL and nginx documentation with regard to SSL configuration.
  • Specifically call out that nginx/registry uses the private certificate where the external sources are using public certificates.
