Upgrade warning added to Geo instructions for PostgreSQL

As a result of #4692 (closed), we should warn users that the automatic upgrade path can fail for PostgreSQL upgrades.

This should prevent users following the documentation without being aware of those consequences.

We need to remove this warning as soon as the issue has been resolved.
