Achilleas Pipinellis - OOO until November 25th (parental leave) requested to merge update-pi into master Apr 10, 2020

The installation page https://about.gitlab.com/install/ recommends a minimum 4Gb of RAM, but this is not the case with the Rpi 2 we recommend. This MR updates the info in the Omnibus docs to recommend an Rpi4. I'll update the install page as well in another MR gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com!46130 (merged).
