Patch Git to fix partial clone bug

Patch Git with changes submitted by Christian Couder to fix an issue with partial clone using protocol v2.

Protocol v2 is the default in Git 2.26.0 (see https://github.blog/2020-03-22-highlights-from-git-2-26), though it is not the default in current master due to regressions.
