Update port example for geo registry primary url

What does this MR do?

Since version 12.5, Registry is enabled by default on port 5050 when Let's Encrypt integration is used. This MR Updates the example port for gitlab_rails['geo_registry_replication_primary_api_url'] in the gitlab.rb teamplate to port 5050 instead of port 5000. Example port for registry documentation change proposed in gitlab!32781 (merged)
