Docs for Default Theme section: add theme IDs for ease of use

This MR is related to gitlab_rails['gitlab_default_theme'] option.

We don't have any information about Theme IDs in https://docs.gitlab.com
I think adding this little table to the gitlab.rb.template docs can be useful.
