Mark Sidekiq queue selector as no longer experimental
What does this MR do?
In gitlab!46562 (merged), we made the Sidekiq queue selector available without the 'experimental' prefix. This MR:
- Does the same in Omnibus.
- Handles the case where only one of
queue_selector
orexperimental_queue_selector
is set semi-gracefully; if either is true, it enables the selector.
