Testing Notes
- install package fresh
- confirm version 12 of PostgreSQL
gitlab-psql select version();
- Install current stable
- confirm version 11 of PostgreSQL
gitlab-psql select version();
- Upgrade to this package, then run
gitlab-cl reconfigure
againgitlab-psql select version();
