Update Mattermost to 5.33.3
Mattermost 5.33 includes a new custom statuses feature, some UX improvements to areas like autocomplete, and some infrastructure improvements for further upcoming features. It does not contain any medium or high level security fixes. The full changelog is here.
I'm submitting this a bit early before finishing my own testing since I want to give extra time for testing on both ends due to some bugs encountered earlier in 5.33.0 through 5.33.2. In particular, there were some changes to the websocket which broke Mattermost without modifying the Nginx config, and there were some performance issues involving the new sidebar and having a large number of active channels that I'll be testing later today.
