Don't enable consul with `postgres_role` and add a warning when Patroni is enabled but consul is not
What does this MR do?
- This removes
consul
from thepostgres_role
- Adds a warning when patroni is enabled but consul is not
Related issues
As we removed repmgr
support and have split patroni
related code into its own role: patroni_role
, this no longer makes sense.
