CI: Stop building RHEL 7 packages

Stop building CentOS 7 packages, which were also uploaded to Oracle Linux and Scientific Linux repositories.

  • Mark RHEL 7 operating systems as deprecated (gitlab!177094)
  • Install page: Remove CentOS 7, Oracle Linux 7 a... (gitlab-com/marketing/digital-experience/buyer-experience#4333)
• Tests added.
• Integration tests added to GitLab QA.
• Equivalent MR/issue for the GitLab Chart opened.
• Validate potential values for new configuration settings. Formats such as integer 10, duration 10s, URI scheme://user:passwd@host:port may require quotation or other special handling when rendered in a template and written to a configuration file.
