Extract only the things we need

Achilleas Pipinellis - OOO until November 25th (parental leave) requested to merge axil-update-bundle-script into main

I found out that we basically need 3 items:

  • project.json
  • VERSION
  • project.bundle

This MR extracts only the items we need.
